Thomas N. Perkins IV creates odd folks for strange worlds. Since 1997, he's worked tirelessly as a character designer on such film and television projects as "Extreme Ghostebuster," "Big Guy and Rusty the Boy Robot," "TMNT," "Spectacular Spider-Man," "The Batman," and "Firebreather." In 2007, his work on Cartoon Network's "Ben 10" was awarded the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Animation.
